Project Manager – US
JustRide from Masabi is a SaaS platform that is leading the evolution of mobile ticketing platforms and smart-city connectivity worldwide.
We are looking for exceptional client facing project managers to implement JustRide at the world’s largest and most vital transit agencies, seamlessly connecting commuters with mobile ticketing solutions and the smart-city connectivity of today’s world.
In this client facing role, you will be the person responsible for managing the implementation of mobile transit solutions through its entire lifecycle; from technology delivery and customization, marketing planning, adoption strategies and commuter experience, agency management, and financial reporting & analytics.

In this role, you will bring exceptional project management and delivery skills and align with our business development, product managers, developers, account managers and to define delivery solutions which exceed agencies expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Control and Management
● Work with agencies at all levels to develop go-live mobile ticketing solutions in a multi-dimensional environment
●Strong project control and client negotiation skills to create aggressive delivery schedule to help agencies quickly realize the benefits of mobile ticketing
●Excellent client management and diplomacy skills to manage public and private environments
●Negotiation of critical roadmap requirements with internal teams from product management and engineering
●First rate scoping and estimating skills to bring diverse agency requirements together into delivery and product requirements
●Implementation of project control practices and methodologies to insure visibility, tracking and progress
Client Management
●Exceptional relationship management at the most senior levels; diplomatic, consultative and persuasive
●Ability to navigate sensitive and highly visible (press, political e.g.) environments with ease and skill
●Contractual and bid management assistance with business development and account managers to scope requirements, define feasibility and cost estimation
Communication & Presentation
●Strong communication skills (written and oral); able to create meaningful client communication strategies and effective manage the communication across multiple roles within an agency.
●Lead status meetings, board meetings, steering committees with confidence, tact and control
●Ability to work with cross functional teams (product management and engineering) to represent the agency voice and negotiate strongly for agency on timelines, requirement, customization, integration and enhancements
Risk Management
●Use qualitative and quantitative measures to assess project and executive risk; implement controls, communication and risk management strategies.
●Confidence in messaging with agency stakeholders, develops creative solutions and negotiates risk management for balanced results
●Identifies cross agencies product risks and able to develop a cohesive, and analytical process to communicate with internal teams for resolution
Adoption & Marketing Management
Strong ability to lead Best Practices discussions on how agency should market mobile ticketing and strategies for adoption management; able to discuss marketing approaches and merits within regional, national and inner city environments.
Experience
●Experience in a project management or development methodology; Agile, PMP, PMBOK or Prince2
●Understanding of mobile applications in either a B2B or B2C; development, payment processing and credit card transactions
●Delivery management in a technical discipline with a configuration component and SaaS delivery methodology
●Knowledge or proven interest in transit or smart-city applications
●Not just a task manager; but a true business manager who can be creative, entrepreneurial and enjoys dealing with the gray-zones
●Exceptional business analyst background
●Proficiency with Microsoft or Google presentation, documents, or spreadsheets, project management solutions (MS Project, Gantt etc)
●Collaborative, team player who believes in creating strong internal dynamics
●Willingness to travel up to 30%
Education
Bachelors or equivalent work experience and certification preferred; Computer Science, IT Management, or other technical discipline
